As part of our commitment to youth development it is very important for Lattitude to ensure that skills developed by volunteers on placement are appropriate and transferable to the work place. As a large graduate recruiter Grant Thornton help Lattitude to ensure skills developed reflect modern day requirements. Furthermore, Grant Thornton help returned volunteers to understand how they have developed important transferable skills and how they can best demonstrate this in pressure situations such as within a graduate application process as well as for future development throughout their working life.
