Hi Leanne, congratulations.
I believe as you have now been accepted the email you are referring to is the ‘offer’ email, which does have the code of conduct attached. The next steps for you will be to read the code of conduct and sign it so that you understand and then send it back to us. You will also need to pay the deposit invoice. Which you can do by cheque via post (send to Lattitude Global Volunteering, 42 Queens Road, Reading, RG1 4BB) or by calling us up and making a credit card payment on the phone…We are working on an online payment system but it is not ready yet!
Once we receive the deposit this will kick start the rest of the process, the most immediate step will then be fr you to receive your welcome pack with more detail of all the actions that need to be done as well as a fundraising pack to help get you started there too! If you have any questions, please feel free to call us on 0118 959 4914 or email us back. Alternatively, post another questions here!

Hi Leanne, thanks for your post. We are still seeing applications coming in for Australia for your departure so we will need to wait a bit longer in order to start matching people up - i.e. we will not know who will be the best volunteer for each placement until we get enough volunteers to fill all placements - that said as you have applied earlier, you will be more likely to get a placement that matches not only your particular interests and strengths, but if you had any particular requests - such as being nearer a town or geographic location. Generally everybody finds out their placement details around 3-4 months before departure. If you have any more questions - feel free to get in toch with your volunteer coordinator, Romina at @romina or by email on [email protected]
