Donations from UK charitable trusts are vital to small charities like Lattitude Global Volunteering. We are extremely grateful to the charitable trusts that currently support our work and to those who have donated in the past.
But we don’t want to stop there! There are many projects for which we are seeking grants from trusts and foundations, as well as core costs. These projects are aimed at opening up Lattitude Global Volunteering placements to a wider range of young people, so everyone can experience the benefits of overseas volunteering. We are also developing our overseas programmes, focussing on sending volunteers to developing countries where their help is most needed and where they are able to make a difference to the community where they’re based.
Support from UK charitable trusts is vital if we are to remain affordable, to help us be pro-active in attracting a more diverse range of volunteers and to help us develop worthwhile new placements around the world.
Many thanks to our most recent donors: The Dulverton Trust, The Hong Kong Freemasons, The Sir James Knott Trust, The Gannochy Trust, The Hugh Fraser Foundation, The Souter Charitable Trust, The Alchemy Foundation, The Hedley Foundation, Ernest Kleinwort Charitable Trust, The Malawi Relief Fund, The Myles Robinson Memorial Trust and The Great Britain Sasakawa Foundation.
