With your donation, we can continue educating and developing young people worldwide by providing opportunities for them to make a positive difference to their lives and the lives of others through volunteering in teaching, caring, environment, outdoor activity, medical and community development placements and projects in Africa, Asia, Europe, the Americas and Australasia.
Not only will your donation be helping our young volunteers to develop their skills and provide practical help and support in a culture different from their own, but it will also be supporting the communities that receive the volunteers, many of which are in some of the world’s poorest countries.
Your support will ensure our volunteers are well prepared for the challenge ahead so that they can make the biggest impact possible. It will help us to identify the communities world-wide that are most need of our help. It will contribute to school books for children in Tanzania in order for them to continue their learning until the next volunteer arrives. It will mean a child with learning disabilities in India can be taken to the market by a volunteer to help improve their confidence when out and about. It will improve the English of a schoolchild in Vietnam, giving them a real chance of employment in order to escape a life of poverty.
