Business Partnership Scheme

For more than 20 years, we have been working with businesses with the dual aims of helping them achieve their objectives and offering our returned volunteers access to personal development and careers advice from leading graduate recruiters across the UK.

Our Business Partnership Scheme now offers organisations of all sizes the ability to develop a mutually beneficial, long term partnership with us which will bring benefits in areas such as graduate recruitment, marketing and corporate social responsibility.

Our volunteers range in age from 17 to 25+ and we can provide many opportunities for businesses to engage with them before, during and after their placements with us. We have a database of over 30,000 individuals from around the world who have volunteered with us in the past 40 years.

We believe that the international backgrounds and experience of our volunteers will be valuable to recruiters, particularly those with overseas operations in locations such as Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Mexico, USA, South Africa, Western Europe, India, China, Australia, Japan and Singapore where the majority of our volunteers come from.

Whether you need help with cutting costs within recruitment, deferrals or sabbaticals we would welcome the chance to speak with your organisations about how you might wish to partner with us and make use of our extensive database, educational connections and youth expertise to meet your corporate goals.

We are also keen to discuss other ways in which we can build a relationship with your company through fundraising and marketing. For example, you may have a Charity of the Year scheme through which you could support our work, your expertise could inform our research or you could provide sponsorship of programmes or volunteers. You may like to send a representative of your company to speak at one of our well-attended events for returned volunteers.

“We fully recognise that the future success of our organisation relies on recruiting young individuals who possess the valuable qualities a [Lattitude Global Volunteering] experience helps develop – resourcefulness, energy, adaptability and integrity are just some of the many skills and attributes. These are the skills very much in demand amongst organisations seeking to recruit interesting and dynamic graduates. The Business Partnership Scheme links us to [Lattitude Global Volunteering] volunteers to discuss those very career opportunities.”
