Lattitude Global Volunteering is an international youth development charity. The people who choose to volunteer with us are choosing to change lives.
Our programmes are all long term and bring sustainable, measurable benefits to the communities in which volunteers are working. Each volunteer will be matched to a programme which best fits their skills, needs and experiences.
Volunteers work hard but love the work they do. The emotional rewards are huge. They spend months living and working in a culture completely different to their own, making friends, learning new skills, working hard and becoming part of the community they live in. The experiences they have will change their lives.

Everybody is looking for a different experience, which is why we offer a wide variety of opportunities around the world. Whether you’re better suited to working in a classroom or outdoors, as part of a team or individually, there is a placement which would benefit from your skills.
Outdoor Activities Instructor
Lead groups of young people in a range of exciting outdoor activities such as kayaking, skiing, fencing, rock climbing, hiking, archery, orienteering or sailing.
Community Outreach Worker or Caring Assistant
Work within communities to provide assistance in meaningful ways, often to disadvantaged groups.
Assist with the care of elderly people or people with disabilities and help with group activities that are greatly enjoyed by all.
Placements in the UK start in March and September and last from 7-12 months.
Placements in Canada start between January and June and also in September and last from 3-12 months.
